Let’s gather the family each month to see how the seasons are changing! We invite you to join us as we deepen our outdoor knowledge through experiential activities and hands-on games for the whole family. Each month we will focus on a different theme, so come prepared to identify animal signs, learn about fall edible plants, sing bird songs, practice firemaking, craft survival shelters, tell stories, sneak silently in the woods, and much more! Discover your wild nature at Rivers to Ridges!

Family groups of up to five (5) participants can register together. At least one (1) participant must be an adult 18 years or older. Maximum of 30 participants.

Registration for this program takes place in person at the Canada Games Centre or online using Active Living Online.
You can also contact the Canada Games Centre at 668-8360 to register.

What goes on in the forest at dusk or after the sun’s gone down? Come join us as we explore the forest as it settles down for the night ahead. We will practice our night vision as we play games, learn about nocturnal animals, tell stories, observe the night sky, go on scavenger hunts, listen for evening animal sounds and much more. Bring the family along as we enjoy the changing Yukon daylight throughout the fall.

Family groups of up to five (5) participants can register together. At least one (1) participant must be an adult 18 years or older. Maximum of 30 participants.
