What happens when I pre-register?

After reading over all waivers + the Family Handbook, you can click the button above, and pre-register your child for the wait list. Pre-registration for The Nest Forest School 2021/2022 will open to the public on Tue. May 4 @ 9 am Yukon Time.

Note:
It will state 'Wait List Only' when you go to do this. Please continue to complete all forms to confirm your spot on the wait list.

We will begin emailing families approximately one week after the pre-registration opens to offer children spots at The Nest.

If you are selected by lottery for a spot at The Nest, you will have 48 hours to respond and confirm your spot. If you do not respond within 48 hours, we will move onto the next family.

If you are not contacted, it means a spot is not yet available. If a spot becomes available, we will reach out as soon as possible.

Thank you to everyone who has been so supportive and encouraging of this new program.
We hope to welcome as many families to The Nest as possible.

Registration Policies

Payment Plans
An option to enrol in a payment plan will be made available to you during registration.

Cancellation Policy
The Nest designs and implements our Forest School program based on enrolment. We invest in program planning, equipment and other costs before the program begins. These expenses cannot be recovered in the event of a cancellation. When considering a cancellation, please be aware and respectful of our policies and commitment to facilitating quality programs.

Refund Policy
A full refund (less $100 non-refundable deposit) will be issued to any cancellation made during the notice period of 28 calendar days or more prior to the start date of the program. Full refunds (including $100 deposit) will be offered for a cancellation within 48 hours of registering.

Program Cancellation
The Nest Forest School reserves the right to cancel programs that have low registration.
In this event, a transfer or full refund will be provided (less processing fees).

Wait Lists
At this time, we are not taking any names for future program wait lists.

Late Pick-Up
If a parent/guardian is late to pick up their child, a late fee charge of $25 may be recorded and invoiced. After 30 minutes, an additional $25 may be charged. Parents/guardians will be required to pay for any accumulated late fees, or services/service may be suspended for their child.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and encourage parents/guardians to try and make special arrangements if they know they will be unable to pick up their child on time.
